First, twist and lock the I Gotcha Ready in the middle of the club shaft and take a few swings to get your rhythm going.

Second, lock it below the grip and practice your power release and hip alignment.

Third, attach it right up next to the club head and have a few swings to stretch all the major golf muscles. This warms you up and gives you the kind of looseness you normally don’t feel until you are halfway round the course.
