We take pride in our fast and reliable delivery service, guaranteeing that your orders made before 2pm are dispatched on the same working day. At Putterfingers, we've set a standard for excellence, and we are committed to delivering your items on time.

Please note that printed and branded products require a longer lead time, however we will be as flexible as we can to meet your deadlines if you are on a tight schedule.

We partner with reputable and trusted couriers to handle the transportation of your orders. Our collaboration with these reliable couriers ensures the safe and secure delivery of your items, adding an extra layer of confidence to your experience with us.

With all third party services, we cannot always foresee logistical hold ups. Our ‘delivery on time’ rate is above 98%, however please be aware that there is a possibility of delays as we are at the mercy of our chosen couriers.

For UK mainland customers

We are pleased to offer next working day delivery on all orders placed on weekdays by 2:00 pm for UK Mainland Customers. This means that when you choose Putterfingers, you can expect your purchases to arrive at your doorstep promptly. We understand the value of your time, and our next-day delivery option is designed to respect and prioritise your schedule.

Please be aware that whilst we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot foresee all issues with courier services. Whilst we have chosen our third party courier partners very carefully, there is a chance that logistical issues can occur.

Our UK mainland shipping rates are based on total order amount and breaks down as follows:

Order value below £9.99: £4.94 shipping

£10 - £49.99: £5.95 shipping

£50 - £99.99: £6.95 shipping

£100 - £249.99: £7.95 shipping

£250 - £399.99: £9.95 shipping

Over value above £400: £12.95 shipping

Delivery charges are capped at £12.95 for UK Mainland deliveries.

For our international customers

Our international shipping rates are based on total order value and cap at £1500. For larger orders please contact us directly to arrange the best possible price.

All online international orders are sent on standard Delivered At Place (DAP) incoterms. You will be liable for VAT and Duty once goods have cleared Customs.
